Hi Gurneet,

You can move from CAD to Eplus/eQUEST/Gem using Bim2sim.com - Is that you?

Draw your thermal zones in a CAD file and export to the format of your
choice (eQUEST, GEM, GBXML, etc).

There's a private tool that exports 2D or 3D DXF's to Eplus and eQUEST,
to include windows and doors etc.  If anyone is interested, message us
privately.

If you have advanced geometry, the EP3 tool is the smoothest.
