[Bldg-sim] qgis and sentinel images

Hi All,

 

I've used Qgis to overlay different map sources such as Bing and google.
This can be handy because Bing and google's aerial imaging can pick out
different things.

 

I've only scratched the surface of using it though. This is an interesting
video about remote sensing data with Qgis used for visualisation. Some
weather-relevant things such as ground abledo are shown.

 

Could be of interest to some people on the list.
