[Bldg-sim] Simulation of a "hollow ventilated wall"

One option is EnergyPlus using this object:

ZoneHVAC:VentilatedSlab,
        \memo Ventilated slab system where outdoor air flows through 
hollow cores in a building
        \memo surface (wall, ceiling, or floor).
