[Bldg-sim] eQuest billing units help

Good morning, 

I have created both a steam meter and a chilled water meter. The default billing unit label integer for both meter types is 50 (for Mbtu). However, my costs are in $/1000 pounds and $/ton-hr, respectively. The DOE22 dictionary help file states that the integer reference for alternate unit labels can be found in the units table in Appendix A. However, I cannot find Appendix A in any of my DOE22 help documents or on the DOE2.com website. 

Does anyone have access to the integer values in the units table or know where I can get ahold of Appendix A?

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
