[Bldg-sim] Range Hood exhaust question

I am working on a school model. The Food Classroom has a number of stoves with range hoods. These exhaust fans are hand on/off - not interlocked with the HVAC system. I estimate 2 hours a day operation.

Would the fan power of these range hoods be included in the HVAC system fan power allowance? Or would you call it a process load - same in both proposed and baseline?
