[Bldg-sim] Sensitivity of end result on input parameters

ASHRAE Guideline 14 has a couple of methods as well. They are discussed in
the first public draft of Standard 209P Energy Simulation Aided Design. The
comment period closed yesterday. I'm not sure you can still download the
draft from the ASHRAE website today or not.
