[Bldg-sim] Sensitivity of end result on input parameters

Leen,

There is, or was, an effort at ORNL led by Joshua New that might be of interest called Autotune where they first used supercomputers to define the variables having the most impact on energy consumption.

I think the findings are available online and there's an opensource framework on GitHub that I haven't tested.
