[Bldg-sim] Compliance analysis error causing equest 3.65 to hang

Hi 

 

I'm trying to run a compliance analysis but get the message:

 

Evaluating rulelist 'CreateBaseCentralPlant'

Rule ID 345 on [loop]

 

And then the program hangs.

 

Has anybody else seen this before?
