[Bldg-sim] small heatpump product for service hot water &cooling

As interesting as the thread branches are (I have greenhouse envy)...
getting back on topic: commodity products that can be assembled to serve a
group of apartments via a water source, doing cooling and hot water with
the most simple billing possible (i.e. an electric bill).

The Waterfurnace and Climatemaster products appear a good fit.

We're also considering VRF (something like the mitsubishi WR2), but this
might complicate the billing because the systems are too big for smaller
apartments.
