Your knowledge of *energy-using systems* will be fully utilized to develop
the most sophisticated energy modeling analytics in the world. Pushing
boundaries and stretching your creativity, every day will bring challenging

energy-efficiency improvements, your contributions will have a lasting

About you

·  Proficiency in existing energy modeling applications—such as Energy
Plus, eQuest, and DOE2.2

·  You are an emerging expert and self-proclaimed energy geek

·  Data-driven, you get excited by troves of building and equipment-level
energy information

·  You live for a challenge and believe that complacency is not an option

·  Meaningful building control & HVAC systems knowledge with building
architectural exposure

·  You have demonstrated the ability to manage and exceed expectations

·  General computer skills are excellent and you are comfortable
learning/troubleshooting unfamiliar software packages

·  You function well in a fast-paced, informal environment where change is
the norm

·  Bachelors degree (or higher) in mechanical, architectural, or energy
engineering
Responsibilities

·  Creating building energy models for existing Bractlet monitoring
systems, built on measured equipment trend data and baselines

·  Developing proprietary algorithms and analytics to automate the creation
of sophisticated and accurate building energy models

·  Identifying and analyzing energy conservation measures by utilizing
Bractlet equipment monitoring data and historical utility/weather data

·  Incorporating demand pricing, water consumption, and gas usage into our
analytics engine
Compensation

You’ll get in on the ground floor of a seed-funded startup with a
compensation package inline with experience/expertise including medical,
