Bractlet monitoring systems, built on measured equipment trend data and
baselines</p>
<p class="" style="margin-left:0.35in"><span style="font-family:Symbol">·<span style="font-stretch:normal;font-size:7pt;font-family:'Times New Roman'"> </span></span>Developing proprietary algorithms and analytics
to automate the creation of sophisticated and accurate building energy models</p>
<p class="" style="margin-left:0.35in"><span style="font-family:Symbol">·<span style="font-stretch:normal;font-size:7pt;font-family:'Times New Roman'"> </span></span>Identifying and analyzing energy conservation
measures by utilizing Bractlet equipment monitoring data and historical utility/weather
data</p>

and gas usage into our analytics engine</p>
