[Bldg-sim] Thermal Blocks in Multifamily Residential Buildings

Hi Jim,
Thanks for your response;
Actually the apartment has many thermostatic controllers, one thermostat per room, but my interoperation for the ASHRAE 90.1 is that thermal block could combine more than one thermal zone, do you agree?
What do you think.
