[Bldg-sim] Question Regarding Rating System

Dear All,

This is not a question about simulation, but since there are many people experienced with LEED, I thought it would be a good place to post.

If our LEED project is the renovation of an existing building, where
- Roof insulation has been increased on 25 % of the existing roof area, increasing average roof U factor from 0,68 W/m2K to 0,35 W/m2K
- Existing chiller, boiler and piping has been kept, but all fan coil units have been replaced,
- 9500 m3/h air handling unit has been kept, total 13500 m3/h new air handling units (ERV) have been installed,
- A new VRF system serving 15% of total conditioned area has been installed,
- Interior of the building has been totally demolished and renovated, including structural reinforcements.

Which rating system would you choose for certification?

I would appreciate any answers,
