existing building, where</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>- Roof insulation has been increased on 25 % of the
existing roof area, increasing average roof U factor from 0,68 W/m2K to 0,35
W/m2K</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>- Existing chiller, boiler and piping has been
kept, but all fan coil units have been replaced,</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>- 9500 m3/h air handling unit has been kept, total
13500 m3/h new air handling units (ERV) have been installed,</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>- A new VRF system serving 15% of total conditioned
area has been installed,</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>- Interior of the building has been totally
demolished and renovated, including structural reinforcements.</FONT></DIV>
