[Bldg-sim] Theory of PMV in outdoor

dear All,

I have research in Thermal Comfort in outdoor, is there anyone have link theory of PMV (Predicted Mean Vote) related Thermal Comfort in outdoor?

and I need the software can calculate PMV from the field data (I used RH, DBT, WBT and GT), is there anyone can help me?
