[Bldg-rate] LEED Ventilation for Healthcare Spaces not covered by ASHRAE 62.1

Hi All,

I am working on a project for a healthcare facility.  The spaces are mostly
exam and dental spaces, as well as waiting areas.  The guidelines for LEED
IAQ P1 state that for any spaces not covered by ASHRAE 62.1-2007, the
designer should choose a category that best corresponds to the space.  Have
any of you had health care facilities certified?  If so, what ASHRAE 62.1
categories did you use for each space type?
