[TRNSYS-users] Please wait while windows configures Autocad 2007

Dear Matt

Kindly find attached a screen shot of this phenomenon. Moreover, I follow the instructions which was recommended by Mr. David  "Automatically Launch Plugin" and make sure that it is set to false, but unfortunately the problem still found.

I am really not familiar with this phenomenon. However, if you could take a screen shot and send to TESS Technical support since you are a TESS customer, we should be able to provide insight.
