Since TESS is your distributor, please contact TESS Technical support for future general questions. We like to reserve the TRNSYS Users Mailing List for TRNSYS related discussions.First, please make sure that your 'user17.id' file is located in your TRNSYS directory (the default  is "C:\TRNSYS17").
