[Equest-users] eQUEST installation problem; " Olectra Chart 2D. Chart2D control cannot load this newer version of saved chart properties"

Hi-  I just installed eQUEST 3.63 on Vista 64 bit machine,

1.)ran the suggested test on page 23 of the Introductory tutorial,
2.) ran a test simulation and pressed "View Summary Results/Reports", and
3.) got the following error " Olectra Chart 2D. Chart2D control cannot load
this newer version of saved chart properties"
4.) then the program crashed.......

=> any suggestions?
