[Equest-users] Wizard DHW Equipment Question

One of the new features in eQuest 3.63 is the "ability" to input Energy
Factor for Domestic Water Heating.  I tried putting in Energy Factors
from 0.25 to 2.0 and once I go to detailed mode the thermal efficiency
remains the same and fuel consumption remains the same.  

My question is:  Is this feature not fully developed and no "enabled"?
