One possible solution would be to define both refrigeration plants in the
baseline model and then create two Equipment Controls -- one for the
proposed building with only the single centrifugal chiller enabled and one
for the ASHRAE reference with the 2 screw chillers enabled (without the
centrifugal). In the parametric run for the chilled water loop you can
change the Cool Equipment Control selection under loop control.
Check the PS-H report for all chillers to see that the strategy worked.
