Hi, I´ve rewritten red words below (in blue) because they were sound wrong
to me when I read them again.
And, this comments are referenced to a very long .doc document attached by
Nick months ago, so, maybe you should read it before...
- LEED are increasing his users/fans, and not only northamerica nor
europe but south america is very close too, so, rates have to be universal
or local? (it seem to me that this kind of filter dosen´t exist on GBCI in
projects register matters).
- LEED are increasing his users/fans and south america is not an
exception. so, rates (It referenced to utility rates, billable rates..,
what we, the modelers, 'have' to be paid for modelling works) have to be
universal or local (Pasha mentioned a $0.20/ft2 based on his experience (I
suppose he is an expert)... in other words, Do I have to charge for same as
Pasha charge (suppose same experience on modelling) or do we need to adjust
values considering different countries? (it seem to me that this kind of
filter dosen´t exist on GBCI in projects register matters).
Thanks Carolyn for your comments, and hope this clarify you!
regards,
