[BLDG-SIM] USER DEFINED UTILITY RATES

Mark,
 I presume that you are using eQuest. Somehow your files are
showing .txt as an extension. i.e the files look like
Elec.GRT.TXT. If you change this file to Elec.GRT it should
work. Attached are the files with right extension and you
can see the files on Wizard screen 1.

I have written following simple utility rate files in BDL
syntax and structure stated in "DOE2-BDL Utility Rate
Documentation". The files are not showing up in Wizard
Screen 1 Electric or Gas Utility Rate pick lists when "file"
is selected. Does anyone have any suggestions?
