[Virtual-sim] Mail loop

Sorry about the mail loop that occurred earlier this 
morning. I have changed the settings for those two 
subscribers so that their mail is reviewed before posted to 
the mailing list. Hopefully, that will prevent this 
particular mail loop in the future.
