[UA] Possibility of a Bard character?

Frankly, all of those artists have a blast associated with them, even 
Elvis has the 'Shoot the TV' thing, which could be a blast against 
either inanimate objects or people that have been on TV.  Lennon could 
be a blast that manifests as somebody else attacking them, and Cobain 
would have one like the Plutomancy blast, where you make a madness check 
or betray yourself.
