[UA] The Oldest Eye On Earth

I've always been fascinated by one of the "What You Hear"-style items
towards the beginning of the UA core book - "Every President of the United
States has had a glass eye. The *same* glass eye." Always wanted to do
something with that - it's a great artifact to house vision, power, etc.
This cornea strikes me as a somewhat grisly version of that same item; and
if the existence of both of these were independently confirmed by a group of
players, it'd suggest that there's an advantage to this somewhere - to
someone.
