  I'd combine Mellow Out and Space Out.
   
  There also needs to be a sort of divination type spell that only works while the Cannabimancer is stoned.
   
  Also, Green Fever (1 sig) - disorientates victim with dizziness and nausea and the inability to think clearly for a scene.
