Its been done before and doubtless it'll be done again, but heres my idea, 
perhaps someone who is better at anagrams can improve on this but-
Eponymous' real name - Quentin Howie Sinit?

What better way to power up an organisation than to mystically give it 
someone else's life/ history.
It would also make them interested in picking up other people with the 
unfortunate luck of having the right name.
