If I remember correctly, those are the generic "How to be a good  
player" and "How to be a good GM" articles that, once paid for  
through ransoms, he will release to the public. At that point, anyone  
can print them or direct their readers to it or whatever. Personally,  
I'd love to see them, but I can't afford to buy them off in one huge  
chunk, and the online communities I frequent have already made their  
yea or nay on it, so there's not much hope of my getting more people  
to donate.
