The help desk lingo for this is "clear your web browser's cache."  On 
Firefox, you can go to Tools -> Clear Private Data and one of the 
options will be to delete your cache.

One IE 7, you go to Tools -> Delete Browsing History which will bring up 
a menu with one of the options being Delete Temporary Internet Files.

I don't have IE 6, so I can't give you an exact method, but it shouldn't 
be too dissimilar.
