I kind of agree and I kind of don't. It's only one round, and lots of people do lots of things in anger. I don't think they first round should be changed, but there should definatly be some kind of soul roll to stop on successive rounds if it is something the person is inclined to stop. The cheap continuance cost should only apply to those already attacking. If mother hauls back and slaps her kid then shakes it off, you should have to spend the base cost again to make the nearby cop hit the kid too. Now of course the cop may be violent and not inclined to stop beating the little snot, in which case by this time you've got your brawl and are probably well on your waiting to alerting the sleepers and/or waking the tiger and getting your ass killed.

  I think that the ability to make one person physically attack another, regardless of connection, for less than a significant charge is a bit too powerful/silly. With this, technically you could get a mother to hurt their child as much as humanly possible in one round, and with 1 minor per round after that . . . I dunno, doesn't fly with me. (That's minor charge, not attacking one minor/round .) 


  I'd compare/contrast this with costs/effects of irascimancy spells, and whatever the cost/effect ratio is for that school, it should be at least double for this one (if the blast is getting one person to attack another). 

  Divide and Conquer (4 minor charges)

  This is Neomancy's minor blast. Whoever is nearest to the target (other than the caster) hurts the him as much as he can with his bare hands for one combat round. This has a great tendency to escalate and cause general chaos as bewildered comrades try to help each other, and often causes a fair number of Self and Isolation checks on the victims. Damage cannot be increased normally, but additional castings within a minute of the first only cost 1 minor charge each, no matter who the targets are.
