[UA] Alphabet of Brooke Shields

There's this strange green graffiti on the sidewalks in Berkeley. It's been
appearing for years, now. It's always in all caps, about a foot high. It's
always horizontal across the sidewalk, so that it's right-side up when you
look at it from the street. It's always in the same, slightly bluish dark
green spray paint. They show up in every part of Berkeley. Some of them are
allowed to fade until they're almost illegible, while others appear to be
periodically touched up. Someone put "WITH GOD" after "THERE IS NO TREATY"
in a slightly different color, but it was blanked out in white paint. It
says the strangest things. I've been writing it down for the past few
months:

AUTHENTIC COMPOSITION

TARZAN AND JANE ON THE AFRICAN MAIN
THERE IS NO TREATY

AL CAPONE
PLASTIC FANTASTIC
SHAKE IT UP
ABBEY ROAD

WHAT ENDED
TWO THOUSAND YARN AGO
PUNCTURED
BRAIN MODULES
A KNIFE IN YOUR EYE
STAR ENDED
TRAIN SAFE
THE OTHER SIDE OF TIME
