I do not seem to have any diminished creative ability, but I certainly lose
my temper less and get over depressing things more quickly. They also take 4
to 6 weeks of constant dosing to start working.
In UA: Anti-Depressants give you a flip-flop on stress checks, but only on
the stress with the most severe failed rating, but you cannot use your rage
obsession. In the case of ties, use the highest hardened rating. In the case
of a tie in hardened ratings, use the one that is linked to your fear
stimulus (if that helps). In the case of an absolute tie where everything is
equal, make a significant mind check. Success means you get the flip flop,
failrure means you don't.

I suppose this could also be set up as a paradym skill: On Meds. this allows
the desciption of a PC on meds. Might be easier and require no new rules.
