The site of the Watergate break-in is up for lease.  A
great place to put your office or apartment if you're
a cobweb farmer looking for a quick and easy (and
private and secure) source of Sig charges.

Somehow, I hadn't thought before about places that you
can own or lease which could then provide Cliomantic
charges.  If you have the budget, seems a good way to
keep your snoot out of the local historic places scene
(and possibly avoid a messy occult gang war).
