[UA] 'Green Box' generator, possibly useful for UA

In the game world of 'Delta Green' a 'Green Box' is a storage locker or 
building that contains things left over from previous missions that might 
prove useful for later operations (& stuff the current team can't deal 
with.)

Anyway someone has put together a generator to create lists of contents for 
these places.

Great fun can be had creating back stories for artifacts like this:
