Thanks! I'll be reading them with a Swedish-Finnish dictionary in my  
hand. :)

Making Sweden (Finland in my case) the center of the Occult  
Underground sounds intriguing.
We certainly have a lot of dipsomancers here.

Also, thanks to Nikodemus.
I started reading one of the Vares books ("Kuoleman Kapellimestari")   
and this stuff is brilliant in a pulpy noir way with a heavy dose of  
Finnish "flavor". I started calling the genre Finnoir. ;-)
Vares is a perfect fit for preparing for my campaign since one of the  
players has been aching to play a private investigator in my UA game.
I've been planning to see the movie for a long time and now I just  
have to. :-)
