[UA] Special Order gone wrong?

The man bit into an electrical cable and was only being treated for the cuts 
from going through the window. Not electrical burns. I think a taser would 
have done exactly Jack and Shit. I'm suprised there was nothing like PCP 
mentioned. That man deserves an Outer Limits episode being written about him 
at the very least. I admire that level of crazy.
