[UA] Powergaming: we CAN find a cure!

Thanx GS for your perspective on this issue.  I'm going to have a few of my 
players peruse it.  I am reminded of a CoC experience I had when I was 
running oh, some '20's American campagne scenario and was asked by a player 
whether he could find a Thompson SMG to buy.  I said sure you can find five. 
  That player was consistently creamed in CoC with no tweakiking of dice on 
my part.  My usual comment: Oh, well it IS hopeless you know.  Find a way to 
die gloriously.  So much for power gaming in CoC.
