[UA] Cliomancer Rumble

Anyone want to help me with a scenario?  

Basically, I have my players sort of reluctantly
working for a dectective agency.  The owner is clued
in, they are not.  

The scenario I'd like to go for is that a minor
cliomancer wants a significant charge, and wants the
player characters to distract or otherwise interfere
with a more prominent cliomancer and his cronies so
that the minor cliomancer can steal the charges.  

The setting is Birmingham, Alabama.  I figure there's
definitely some MLK, Jr. Mojo to be had.  Also, they
have that giant statue thing of Vulcan.  

Anyway, I'd like the scenario to contain an
investigative element, a fist-fight, and a car chase. 
Maybe a battle between the cliomancers at the end
where the little one just gets absolutely smeared or
something, if you can think of a way for the PCs to be
involved in that without actually getting smeared
themselves.
