[UA] Creating a Moral Dilemma

I'm supposed to start running an Unknown Armies game any day now, and
have two players for it. They've made their characters and I have a
decent idea of some stuff to throw at them, but more ideas from other
people = beter game.

Specifically, I'm trying to construct situations where one of a
characters Obsession or Passions is in conflict with their other
Passions or with their Obsession. The best game of Unknown Armies I've
played ended with a big moral dilemma where each of the pregen
characters was torn between two or more aspects of their characters,
and it was extremely enjoyable. (Not everyone likes morality beyond
black and white in their games, but I do and I think my players do, so
I want more.)

So what I'm going to do is present the Obsessions and Passions of the
PCs and ask the wisdom of this list to provide me withsituations where
a character is torn between two courses of action dictated by their
characteristics.

PC #1: a fairly reclusive, though internet active, woman who is also a
compulsive hoarder. Very loyal to friends.

Obsession: To have a full life (interpreted usually in a materialistic
manner, though this is pretty subjective)

Passions:
Noble: Befriending the lonely
Fear: Irrevocably losing something (helplessness)
Rage: Threatening harm to her family or friends (not actually harming
her family or friends, or threatening her)

PC #2: recently discharged from the military under Mysterious
Circumstances (tm), rabidly inquisitive, doesn't really know anyone
other than PC #1 after his discharge.

Obsession: To find out why (any question of motive or cause fascinates
him, particularly concerning his expulsion from the military)

Noble: To stop the abuse of others
Rage: Keeping pertinent information from me
Fear: Abandonment (Ioslation)

I'd prefer internal conflicts to ones between PCs, but conflicts
between PCs might also work. Further background can be provided if
necessary. Void where prohibited by law, etc. etc.
