[UA] A little help?

Hello,

I’m  starting  an  UA mini-campaign, and would like a little help with
NPCs.

The PCs are three old owners of an old used-books store. They all have
rather  vague idea of occult, but one of them have the ability to make
rather accurate (and rather negative) predictions.

So,  I’m thinking about supporting cast – shop patrons (biblomancer or
two?), people who understand power of predictions (some of them can be
mystically aware – may be even occult underground duke?), just hangers
on,  etc.  There shouldn’t be too much of them – four to six, I think,
but they will gradually introduce PCs to Occult Underground.

So, erm.. Any ideas?
