I was under the impression that an AT who becomes an
adept cannot use his thaumaturgic charging rituals
without violating his adept taboo, and that an adept
can learn any thaumaturgic rituals he wants but will
violate taboo if he uses a charging ritual.

(All that said, I imagine there are some rituals
potentially compatible with specific adept practices.
For example, a charge ritual that involves killing a
living creature might be used by a Thanatomancer to
get an extra minor out of his killing charge, or some
such. But this is my thoughts alone, and not any kind
of reflection of the actual rules.)
