Well one person is going to have to wrap the cow up in
loops of rope. He's the poor guy in the water with
scuba gear. There will probably be a guy or two in
boats in the water assisting with shit-and-vomit
herding.

Once the cow-corpse is firmly bound the truck's winch
will drag the cow uot of the water over a makeshift
ramp.
