Hell yeah ! Please do so...
Now, why Bangor ? I guess that playing in all kind of big city (New York,
Chicago, L.A., New Orleans) for many years left me wanting to explore less
gigantic places and focus on smaller town.
Plus, as I said, two of my main inspiration are David Lynch's Twin Peaks and
Blue Velvet, and I wanted to play in New England for some reason (Steven
King and Lovecraft aren't innocent here). So, I browsed the net to find a
"small" town of about 30 to 40,000 people ; and found Bangor. And since
tere's a quite nice bit of info online about the city, I thought that would
be it.
Now, I did know about the name thing, but not about that hymne. You're
right, it's quite inspiring for horror/surreal gaming. My first bet would be
that Noble either didn't choose it by mistake or was under some kind of
influence.
Again, please, feel free to send me as much info as you want about your
town. I'll do the same anytime you want to play in Grenoble, France. ;-)
Anyways, thanks a bunch,
Fabrice
