Well, you'd have to find out detailing, specific
motivations for the cabals since quite a few of them
are similar thematically (world-spacklers and
Sleepers) and are rendundant for antagonists.

The Spirit World might port well for certain High
Adventure, Low Ammo adventures, but since UA is firmly
grounded in the Real World it might be incongruant.

Although an adventure that goes back searching for the
recent ghost of HST to bring him back for worship and
booze might be fun.

Sculpting qlippers from stuffing Nonentities fill of
tenebrae bodies would also work too.

Chris, not touched a tenebrae for five years now.
