I think what happened is that he read Godwalker
between making the character and us playing the first
time. Then, we played, and the magic stuff was cool,
and he recanted. Though, knowing the guy, I suspect
the "I don't want to do magic" was more to be
difficult (or "different," depending on the spin you
want to put on it) than anything. Now he's realized
that he doesn't want to cut his nose off to spite his
face.

Hehe. Perhaps too smart for his own good at times.
But I agree, he's put me in a tight spot, as I am fine
w/ him changing his mind, it's just that he's picked
something that I cannot, for the life of me, figure
out how to work in to the planned campaign.
