[UA] Okay, a designed for NPCs adept school

The minor charging scheme was a mix of "there's not enough kitten drowning 
in UA" and one of the PCs having a rage stimulus connected with cruelty to 
animals.

The plan was to have the PCs come across a guy chucking sackfuls of kittens 
into a canal and then they'd slowly get dragged into a vendetta with this 
cult (the weather control stuff would also make them slightly agrophobic 
everytime it rains) until the "come into contact with non-water liquids" 
taboo was discovered and then...Bam, the PCs have a means to weaken the cult 
just enough to deal with the cult through mundane means, giving them the 
satisfaction of defeating a bunch of meanie kitten drowning cultists.

Then I chuck the non-euclidean Hypno-Kitten of doom at them  (But they 
decieded to take a less than psychotic route in treating their current NPC 
and let him live) and wierd psuedo-CoC style mayhem mixed with some of the 
new Kultish goodness I've been including recently would ensue (thanks for 
recommending that game who that was, it's very evil)

The major charging method was based entirely off of that mocumentary about 
M. Night Shamalan (or however you spell his name) ::Spoilers:: where he is 
supposed to have drowned, but survived and gained shamantic powers 
::spoilers:: with the adept either getting a single major effect before they 
actually die or the adept survives the drowning but must intend to drown 
going into the water, survival must be an accident.
