[UA] General Campaign Help

I meant to mention in the other message that I will
definitely be using the two-headed coins thing.  

In addition to messing with the other character as
described in the earlier message, I have another
character I'm messing with, and will take additional
ideas. 

Most of what I have for him came from the list, so
here's a brief recap and what's going on thus far. 
The guy is a writer with terminal lung cancer.  He
went to a faith healer who turned out to be an
epideromancer (he does not know what this means as of
yet).  The guy pulls a tumor out of him and lays it on
the table.  It starts trying to crawl away.  About
that time, another guy barges in, complaining about a
tattoo the "healer" put on him.  It is a mouth and it
never stops whispering, etc.  Things are looking like
they're going to blow up in violence when the sleepers
show up and everyone who's clued in runs.  The PCs go
out the back and see the "healer's" collection
of...prisoners, I guess...who he puts tumors and
diseases and whatnot on to after he takes them off of
his patients.  They run and end up in Bill in Three
Persons. 

So the way we're doing the cancer business, cause the
guy took super low points for his physical stuff, is
that he makes a creative writing roll, and if he
succeeds, he switches his mental and physical scores. 
The drawback is, although he gets some health (and
becomes a playable character), his mental skills are
capped off at whatever his body score is.  In theory
he will spend some of his XP to boost his health and
reflect improvement from being made cancer free.  

Anyway, his problems are multiplied because the cancer
is looking for him.  It's going to infect a series of
increasingly larger hosts trying to reunite with him
because, "[they] were meant to be together..."  In
addition, he now has a Bill in Three Persons evil Twin
running around as well.  

The only other character is a folklorist academic, who
has stumbled onto the whole thing through interest in
the occult (the "healer" was the first real thing
she's seen, though).  Her interest is in part what
tipped the Sleepers off.  I.e. If college professors
are finding out about the "healer," then he's gone
waaay beyond "just a warning."  But I don't have any
ideas for what to do to her, yet.  

Any furthur evil things to do to them are appreciated.
