[UA] History - is it all bunk?

The down side to this (if there is one) is it might lessen clios fighting
over charging spots.  Why try to be the first person in ( for instance )
grand central station in NYC when you can swing by where the first electric
light was installed in NYC.

Still, perhaps having charging opportunities limited to a specific subset of
history would offset fighting other clios for charges at major sites.  

It might also make playing clios easier.  I wondered where a clio in south
dakota ( for instance ) would charge, or if it would even be possible.

Good point, Chris.  It is our personal perception which shapes our own take 
on reality.  Is a hotel room where Elvis partied a historically significant 
site?  Probably not, but a clio was harvesting some minor charges there in 
"The Green Glass Grail".  To that clio Elvis was a historically significant 
figure and so it goes..
