There's a local South African pop-rock band named Mean
Mr Mustard. Although underneath you radar, they are
popular here.

If I remember they do have a surfer-shaman,
dreadlocked, slumming-surburbanite feel.

Zenshamans that charge up on surfing waves watery and
ego.

Hmmm.
